Must have a current Top Secret clearance on the first day of employment Eligibility for SCI must be obtained within a reasonable time frame.Performing job & task analysis, designing lesson plans and evaluation instruments, developing TRADOC Analysis and Requirements (TRAS) documents, operating the Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) System, and Army Counterintelligence Operational Portal (ACOP).Perform and train the methodologies, duties, roles, and responsibilities of CI surveillance, and source operations, ensuring Soldiers adhere to all safety procedures.This will include a post-role verbal critique, retraining and complete written evaluation of students' performance IAW Government provided references, procedures and forms.Complete student evaluations in accordance with (IAW) government provided references, procedures and forms.Memorize critical role-player data, portray each role without reliance upon scripts, and provide students with feedback regarding questioning and elicitation techniques.Portray realistically, accurately and convincingly CI walk-ins, sources and subjects in a variety of role-playing scenarios in diversified settings and environments such as field training exercises (both practical and situational) and tests.Instruct 35L students at the CI Special Agent Course and ALC through platform, small group and one-on-one instruction.Employee will normally work 40 hours per week, but be prepared to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The 35L course runs 6 days a week 8-10 hours a day. USAR training is a fast-paced and extended hour work environment. 35L principal training development specialists are primarily responsible for assisting the government in the formulation, teaching and training of curricula on counterintelligence operations and investigations to detect, identify, neutralize, and exploit Foreign Intelligence Services (FIE) and Terrorist (ITO) threats to national security. Serve as a Principal Training and Development Specialist in support of the Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) and the Counterintelligence Advanced Leader Course (ALC).
